These services provide process documentation for you to implement process either manually or by way of process automation. Deliverables include published processes (web pages/word) that are used by practitioners to follow a prescribed process or highly specialized outputs (process models, rules, XML/process templates, etc.) that are used to fully automate the processes. Our goal is to always develop processes that support full automation in the tools your company has already acquired. If your internal tools do not have the required capabilities, we also recommend leading industry tools that meet your specific processes requirements. Our Process Automation Services can help you fully automate the documented processes. Process development services are typically provided to organizations that have acquired or updated highly specialized IT Tools such as ALM, PPM or ITSM to manage its Application development and related service delivery.

Documenting processes for automation is not only a textual or descriptive documentation exercise; it involves modeling and, where possible, simulating processes. We specialize in documenting processes or process models using standards like SPEM, or BPMN (from Object Management Group or OMG) or highly specialized tool-focused State-based metamodels. Process Development Services can take few weeks depending on the nature of the process development. Process development done purely for documentation purposes can be accomplished in a couple weeks for a typical 30-50 person team. Process development done for automation (workflow, rules, forms, SCM integration, etc.) can take longer and may span multiple iteration cycles. In either case, a comprehensive review of existing process assets and related tools is undertaken to ensure developed or documented processes can be automated; and desired reports, measures can be obtained with minimum overhead and risks.
