Process Automation Services

Process Automation Services are designed to help you get more from your investments in IT Tools and processes. Automating your IT processes help deliver more services in less time and reduced costs with added agility. Process automation services are typically delivered after Process Assessment service or in conjunction with Process Development Service. Outputs in the form of customized forms, workflows, rules, scripts, event-based integration, process templates, reports, dashboards, etc. are developed, enacted and tested in the most appropriate tools. Process Automation services are designed to automate manual processes using a combination of tools or a using a standardized platform such as ALM, PPM, ITSM or BPM. Processes automated can be specific to a discipline such as Testing or Service Management or may encompass the entire delivery lifecycle. Existing tools and processes are retained/ leveraged where possible.
