Health Checks for specific Processes, Applications and Tools
Health Check Services are typically delivered to customers with existing tools and processes. It provides high-level objective scan of identified processes and its related deployment using specific tools. This service ensures the processes are implemented properly in the identified tools. We also help organizations to review tool’s capabilities in light of its prescribed processes and make appropriate recommendations so that tool capabilities are fully utilized. Health Check services also ensure that the tools are deployed effectively to the meet the IT needs including performance and integration needs. At the end of the engagement a Health Check Report is presented to the sponsor.
A typical Health Check service takes 1-2 days and requires a minimum of 1-2 discovery sessions with team/project leads plus a session with a senior manager/sponsor. A typical health check may require review of process documentation and outputs (reports, logs,etc.) from tools for which the health check is being performed. A complimentary Health Check requires formal authorization from a sponsor at a senior management level.Examples:

Process Assessment Services
Process Assessment services are provided to customers who want to review their existing processes in light of new tool acquisition or for implementing new initiatives like SOX or HIPAA compliance. Assessment typically spans lifecycle processes but can also be done for a specific discipline – project management, requirements management. Assessment is either based on industry best practices or against a specific industry standard such as CMMI or ISO/IEC 20000. Assessment services provide a strong baseline other process improvement services and help identify areas where process, training and tool investments should be diverted.
